Our advice is not to stack plastic pallets with pallet collars from our range higher than a maximum of 6 or 7 stacked pallet collars, due to the height of 200mm per extension edge. Setting up a plastic pallet edge on a pallet is easy, by simply placing them on the pallet, after which you have formed a box that is ready for use. The pallet edges are collapsible and can therefore be stored in a space-saving manner. If you also want to protect the products on the pallet against dirt and dust from above, you can order one of our matching plastic lids.
Different Variants of Plastic Pallet Collars
We supply plastic pallet edges made of high-quality plastic, in all collomodular sizes. These can then be ordered in variants with 4 or 6 galvanized hinges. Plastic pallet collars are particularly suitable for use in an environment where hygienic requirements apply, but these pallet edges are certainly also suitable for the export of goods.
This is because no specific certificates or stamps are required on the pallet edges that serve as proof for a special heat treatment to be allowed through customs.
Advantages of Plastic Pallet Collars
When you are not using the pallet edges, you can easily fold them and store them. They are space-saving and therefore cost-effective in storage, but in return transport. They have a relatively low own weight, which is an advantage, especially in export. Plastic pallet collars provide good product protection and are ideal for stabilizing products on your pallets during transport and storage.
Then there is the fact that they can go directly through any customs without additional administrative papers. This is of course a great advantage for any international company that exports or imports to or from abroad.
