Shipping & Returns

Due to the current demand for drivers and couriers, delivery times may be affected. However, please be assured we are doing our best to make sure we deliver your products as quickly as possible and within the time frame stated.

The items purchased at Rotomshop.co.uk are delivered within the communicated delivery time by one of our respected carriers. Rotom trading under the name Rotomshop.co.uk delivers orders larger than £350 ex.VAT is completely Free of Charge.

Average Delivery Costs.

We offer Free Delivery with an order value of over £350 (excl. VAT) according to the scale below.

Order value under £350 and weight between 0.1kg - 10kg >> Delivery costs £16.99 + VAT

Order value under £350 and weight higher than 10kg >> Economy Delivery costs £59.99 + VAT (3-4 Working Days)

Order value under £350 and weight higher than 10kg >> Premium Delivery costs £75.99 + VAT (1-2 Working Days)

Order value higher than £350 ex. VAT >> Free Delivery to Mainland UK.

Delivery to Northern Ireland costs £99.99 + VAT (there is also a £15 surcharge to be paid for customs clearance)

Note: For delivery to the Republic of Ireland, some locations in Scotland and the other UK surrounding Islands, please be aware that there may be a surcharge that applies to transport depending on your delivery location. This is variable and depends on the size of your order. This surcharge is invoiced outside the webshop before the delivery will take place. These additional charges may also apply to large orders, for example, where we may have to split the products between 2-3 pallets for delivery.

We reserve the right to change the delivery costs after taking location, courier costs and order size into consideration. We will inform you of any such changes.

Note: If you refuse to accept delivery without pre-discussing this with our Customer Service Team, you will still be charged for Delivery and also the cost of the return to us by the courier.

Collect.

You can also pick up the item(s) yourself once the order has been completed via the online shop.

Before turning up to collect, please contact us to arrange a collection time, this also allows us to make sure is ready for your arrival.

Order Dispatch.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours if you have placed the order before 12.00pm (Mon-Fri, excludes Bank Holidays), however, because we use different carriers depending on the size of the products, order or delivery location, sometimes there may be a delay in dispatching your order. We always aim to offer you the best delivery timescale. If you place an order after 12:00pm, this order will be treated as an order for the next working day. Deliveries are offered on working days only.

Delivery times are as follows:

  • Premium Delivery is 1-2 Working Days
  • Economy Delivery is 3-4 Working Days

Important! - Taking Delivery Of Your Order

When taking delivery of your order please check for any damages. If there are any damages, please sign for the delivery as having damages. Doing this it will make the exchange and refund process much quicker, as we have to go through the delivery couriers first. Any damages to products will need to be reported to us within 2 working days, otherwise, we will not take responsibility for the damages. Returns.

- You may return a delivered item to Rotomshop UK within fourteen (14) days, starting on the day of receipt of the product.

- You have 14 days from the time of return to return the product. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in the original packaging. Correct stacking of pallets, lids, pallet edges and packaging of small items is important here. All items are inspected upon return.

- The returns are your responsibility including the packaging and the cost. If a product or packaging is damaged, Rotomshop UK can choose to partially reimburse the product.

- If the return shipment has been received in good condition, we will credit the amount within 14 days. We do not refund the original shipping cost for unwanted products.

We reimburse all payments made by a customer for products without delay but within 14 days (usually it is 3-4 Workings days) following the day on which the customer reported the cancellation or we have processed the return. We reserve the right to wait to refund until we have received the product back or until you as a consumer has demonstrated that the product has been sent back, whichever is the earlier. We will refund via the same method as the original payment was made, this is usually a credit card or a bank transfer. The reimbursement is free of charge for you as a consumer.
