The items purchased at are delivered within the communicated delivery time by one of our respected carriers. Rotom trading under the name will deliver orders larger than £400 ex.VAT is entirely Free of Charge.

Average Delivery Costs.

We offer Free Delivery with an order value of over £400 (excl. VAT) according to the scale below.

Order value under £400 and weight between 0.1kg - 12kg >> Delivery costs £25.99 + VAT (1-2 Working Days)

Order value under £400 and weight higher than 12kg >> Standard Delivery costs £59.99 + VAT (3-5 Working Days)

Order value under £400 and weight higher than 12kg >> Express Delivery costs £79.99 + VAT (1-2 Working Days)

Order value higher than £400 ex. VAT >> Free Delivery to Mainland UK.

Delivery to Northern Ireland costs £139.99 + VAT (this includes the surcharge cost to be paid for customs clearance)

Note: For delivery to the Republic of Ireland, some locations in Scotland and the other UK surrounding Islands, please be aware that there may be a surcharge that applies to transport depending on your delivery location. This is variable and depends on the size of your order. This surcharge is invoiced outside the webshop before the delivery takes place. These additional charges may also apply to large orders, for example, where we may have to split the products between 2-3 pallets for delivery.

We reserve the right to change the delivery costs after taking location, courier costs and order size into consideration. We will inform you of any such changes. There will also be additional charges for timed and dedicated delivery days and times as these are additional costs that are charged by the courier.

In addition, if you order multiple items to be delivered to separate locations, we will contact you for an additional payment for delivery as our shipping charges are based on delivery to one location (This does not affect a different shipping address to your billing address, this is for more than one delivery location).

Note: If you refuse to accept delivery without pre-discussing this with our Customer Service Team, you will still be charged for Delivery and also the cost of the return to us by the courier.


It is possible to pick up your order yourself, but you will first need to discuss the collection with us as our products are kept in different locations.

In general, the products in locations are:

  • Wooden Products = NG24 2SG
  • Plastic Products = BN23 6QF
  • All Other Products = NG22 0PQ

Before turning up to collect, please contact us to arrange a collection time, this also allows us to make sure is ready for your arrival as the products may be stored in separate locations.

We have three possible collection locations, so please make sure to contact us before collection to confirm which address you need to arrive at.

Order Dispatch.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours if you have placed the order before 12.00pm (Mon-Fri, excludes Bank Holidays), however, because we use different carriers depending on the size of the products, order or delivery location, sometimes there may be a delay in dispatching your order. We always aim to offer you the best delivery timescale. If you place an order after 12:00 pm, this order will be treated as an order for the next working day. Deliveries are offered on working days only.

Important: It is the customer's responsibility to provide all the correct details for delivery, including Company Name, Address and Postcode. If you provide the wrong information and the delivery cannot be made, there will be additional costs for redelivery to be scheduled. Alternatively, if you don't want to schedule the redelivery, there will be a cost to return the order to us, which we will deduct from the refund we process for your order when we have received the goods back to us. (If you do make a mistake with the address, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make amendments with the couriers. However, if the order is already out for delivery, we may not be able to do this).

Delivery times are as follows:

  • Express Delivery is 1-2 Working Days
  • Standard Delivery is 3-5 Working Days

Note: Please be aware that we try to consolidate our shipments into as few packages as possible, so if we are waiting for part of your order to be in stock, as long as it is not too long, we will wait to ship the whole order together. Alternatively, if we are able to fill a pallet with your products, we will ship those products and send the remaining products at a later time when we have them available.

You can request us to split the deliveries, but there will be an additional charge for sending out an extra delivery. This charge is dependent on the size of the products and whether it will be going with a parcel or pallet courier. You can contact us for further details. 

Important! - Taking Delivery Of Your Order

When taking delivery of your order please check for any damages. If there are any damages, please sign for the delivery as having damages. Doing this it will make the exchange and refund process much quicker, as we have to go through the delivery couriers first. Any damages to products will need to be reported to us within 2 working days, otherwise, we will not take responsibility for the damages. Any damages or issues should be reported to [email protected]

If you live in a flat or HMO property, the courier may not deliver to the door and you may be required to accept the delivery on the ground floor or at an arranged place with the driver. The majority of our products are shipped on pallets (especially larger items), so the courier will not be able to deliver to a higher floor of a block of flats or offices, but they will be happy to deliver to the ground floor as previously stated but are not permitted to enter the building.

Truck Sizes and Access.

It is also important to let us know if larger transport trucks can not get access to your address/location. If you do not inform us of this and the delivery cannot be made, you will incur the re-delivery costs of the courier. The general size of the trucks will be either 7.5 or 18 Tons. If you have access which will be tight for larger trucks, please let us know so we can try to arrange a different delivery. If access is unavailable, you may need to provide a different delivery location. Also, please let us know if you do not have access to a forklift truck so that we can arrange transport with a tail lift so that the order delivery can be completed.

- You may return a delivered item to Rotomshop UK within fourteen (14) days, starting on the day of receipt of the product.

- You have 14 days from the time of delivery to contact us and return the product. If contact is made within 14 days, you have 7 days to get the shipment returned to us, unless an alternative is discussed with our Customer Service team. The product can only be returned unused, in original condition and in the original packaging. Correct stacking of pallets, lids, pallet collars, and packaging of small items is important and the customer's responsibility. All items are inspected upon return to assess their condition.

- The returns are your responsibility including the packaging and the cost, we do not offer free returns. If a product or packaging is damaged in transit, Rotomshop UK will not reimburse the product.

- If the return shipment has been received in good condition, we will credit the amount within 14 days. We do not refund the original shipping cost for unwanted products.

-If you do not contact us or return the products within 14 days, you will not be eligible for a refund on your order.

We reimburse all payments made by a customer for products without delay but within 14 days (usually, it is 3-5 Working days). We reserve the right to wait to process a refund until we have received the product(s) back and they have been inspected. We will refund via the same method as the original payment was made, this is usually a credit card or a bank transfer. The reimbursement is free of charge for you as a consumer.

I received the Wrong/Damaged Item, What Do I Do?

When this happens it is, of course, annoying and we want you to receive a good product. If this happens, please contact us via email at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order and our customer service team will be able to advise you. If you could send the e-mail with photos of the damage or the incorrectly delivered item in the attachment, this would make the exchange procedure a lot more efficient and faster.
