Service Update

Due to COVID19, a lot of our couriers and delivery companies are in huge demand. We aim to dispatch all orders As Soon As Possible, but please bear with us if your order is delayed. We are doing our best to get all orders dispatched in the time stated on the products.

Shipping

The items purchased at Rotomshop.co.uk are delivered within the communicated delivery time by one of our respected carriers. Rotom trading under the name Rotomshop.co.uk delivers orders larger than £250 ex.VAT completely Free of Charge.

Average Delivery Costs.

We offer Free Delivery with an order value over £250 (excl.VAT) according to the scale below.

Order value under £250 and weight between 0.1kg - 10kg >> Delivery costs £9.99 + VAT

Order value under £250 and weight between 10.1kg - 25kg >> Delivery costs £29.99 + VAT

Order value under £250 and weight higher than 25kg >> Delivery costs £44.99 + VAT

Order value higher than £250 ex. VAT >> Free Delivery.

Note: For delivery to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, some locations in Scotland and the other UK surrounding Islands, please be aware that there may be a surcharge that applies to transport depending on your delivery location. This is variable and depends on the size of your order. This surcharge is invoiced outside the webshop before the delivery will take place. These additional charges may also apply to large orders, for example, where we may have to split the products between 2-3 pallets for delivery.

We reserve the right to change the delivery costs after taking location, courier costs and order size into consideration. We will inform you of any such changes.

*Orders Dispatched Within 24 Hours.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, however, because we use different carriers depending on the size of the products, order or delivery location, sometimes there may be a delay in dispatching your order. We always aim to offer you the best delivery timescale.

The standard delivery time is 1-2 Working Days if you have placed the order before 12.00 pm (Mon-Fri, excludes Bank Holidays). If you place an order after 12:00 pm, this order will be treated as an order for the next working day. Deliveries are offered on working days only. 

Delivery time

Our products are available as follows: 1 = Available From Stock (Green Text), 2 = Available Soon, We Are Replenishing Stock Levels (Orange Text).

In case of option 2, our customer service representative will contact you about the expected delivery date. Information about the availability of each product is shown in the description of the product in the online shop. After receiving the order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with information about the delivery date. In the case of a Bank Holiday or general company closure, the delivery time may of course increase. If it appears that a confirmed delivery date has changed, we will inform you by telephone or e-mail. In a situation where we cannot meet the delivery time, for example, the product is no longer available or an interim change in our range, we will contact you immediately.

Returns Consumers

- You may return a delivered item to Rotomshop UK within fourteen (14) days, starting on the day of receipt of the product.

- You have 14 days from the time of return to return the product. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in the original packaging. Correct stacking of pallets, lids, pallet edges and packaging of small items is important here.

- The return costs are for your account to return the order. If a product or packaging is damaged, Rotomshop UK can choose to partially reimburse the product.

- If the return shipment has been received in good condition, we will credit the amount within 14 days.

We reimburse all payments made by a consumer, including any delivery costs that we have incurred for the returned product, without delay but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer reported the cancellation. We reserve the right to wait to refund until we have received the product back or until you as a consumer has demonstrated that the product has been sent back, whichever is the earlier. We use a bank transfer or other method for repayment if we have agreed to this with you as a consumer. The reimbursement is free of charge for you as a consumer.

Returns Business

- You may return a delivered item to Logistiekonline within fourteen (14) days, starting on the day of receipt of the product.

- You have 14 days from the time of return to return the product. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in the original packaging. Correct stacking of pallets, lids, pallet edges and packaging of small items is important here.

- The return costs are for your account to return the order. If a product or packaging is damaged, Rotomshop UK can choose to partially reimburse the product.

- If the return shipment has been received in good condition, we will credit the amount within 14 days.

- Rotomshop UK reserves the right to invoice the transport costs of the original delivery and return order without prejudice.
