Hygiene Pallet 1200x800x155 mm - HDPE plastic.
This 1200x800x155mm hygienic Euro format pallet with a weight of 18kg is extremely robust and therefore suitable for heavy work, especially in hygienic environments. This is why this pallet can also carry 4000 kg statically. In addition, the pallet has a raised rim in order to create a completely flat upper deck. This means that cardboard boxes containing foodstuffs, for example, do not dent when placed close to the edge of the pallet. Due to their precise dimensions and relatively small error margin, plastic pallets are very suitable for use on conveyor belts. Its robustness makes this pallet suitable for various sectors: foodstuffs, pharmaceuticals and industrial use are no problem.
Plastic pallet type
The HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) plastic of which this pallet consists is, in contrast to pallets made of PO (Polyolefins) plastic, suitable for damp or even wet environments. This can of course be indoors or outdoors. This pallet has a closed deck, which means that it can be cleaned easily and dries relatively quickly. Ideal for, for example, the meat and fish processing industries or other environments where clean or hygienic working conditions are important. This pallet is not called the hygiene pallet in the sector for nothing. The temperature range of this type of plastic is -40°C to +70°C.

Transport and storage
The packaging and pallets are based on the collomodular Euro format (1200x800mm). This ensures optimum use of space when they are used together for transport and storage. This pallet can be stacked per 15 in a standard truck, which gives a stack size of 1200x800x2325 mm. This gives a total of 495 pieces per transport. These pallets are often used in combination with E2 meat crates or other Euro containers which, thanks to their fixed length/width ratios, are ideal to combine with this pallet. This pallet has special edges on the four corners so that stretch film can be held securely.
3 Skid pallet
Thanks to the 3-skid system this pallet has a racking load capacity of 1000kg. This makes this plastic pallet one of the strongest of its kind. This makes this pallet a real jack-of-all-trades. It can also be stacked up to 15 times and there is a standard capacity of 495 pallets in a lorry. The pallet can also be accessed from four sides with a pallet truck or forklift truck.
